Meet Bill Cox

William “Bill” D. Cox III has over 20 years of exclusive criminal trial experience, both as an assistant district attorney and in private practice. He has the knowledge to fight for the client’s reputation and freedom. Mr. Cox has handled several important cases and he is Board Certified in Criminal Law. His father, William D. Cox, Jr., was also a successful trial lawyer from 1958-1997, who instilled the hard work ethic that it takes to survive in the courtroom.

  • 2nd Degree – 2-20 Years in TDC up to 10k in fines

  • State Jail Felonies
  • 180 days-2yrs in State Jail up to 10k in fines
  • Misdemeanors
    Class A – Up to 1 Year in County Jail up to $4,000 in fines Class B – Up to 180 Days in County Jail up to $2,000 in fines Class C – Fines of only up to $500.00 typically
